I am not defined by one title. I am defined by what I have chosen to build with every opportunity, lesson and season of my life.

Dr Tsuu Faith Machingura is a Zimbabwean business strategist, entrepreneur, academic, author, mentor and philanthropist whose work connects enterprise development, education and social impact.

She holds a PhD in Business and Management, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Higher and Tertiary Education from Great Zimbabwe University, a Master of Commerce in Marketing and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management. She has also completed the requirements for a Diploma in Theology, with graduation scheduled for 27 August 2026. Her professional interests include strategic management, entrepreneurship, marketing, branding, e-commerce, business transformation, executive training and institutional development.

Dr Machingura founded TEM Foundation in 2013 to improve educational opportunities for orphaned and underprivileged children. In 2016, she founded Ivory Square Consultancy, a strategic advisory firm supporting entrepreneurs, businesses and institutions. She expanded into hospitality and tourism in 2021 as Owner and Managing Director of Villa Thabiso Guest Lodge. In 2026, she founded Emerge & Elevate Movement to advance women's leadership, mentorship and entrepreneurship across Africa and the diaspora.

As an author and thought leader, she writes about business, entrepreneurship, women's leadership, faith, purpose and legacy. Her theological formation supports her work with vulnerable children, women, families and communities, particularly where restoration requires both practical and spiritual support. Her forthcoming book, Becoming Her, explores the life a woman builds when she chooses faith over fear and intentionally creates her future.
